Bed Availability
The website is directly linked to our reservation system, if there are less than 5 beds available call or email us to check availability. If the bed type is sold out you will need to book another bed type or book another day.
Number of people per bed
The bed packages show the maximum number of people allowed per bed, if your group is larger you will need to book more than 1 bed.
Multiple bed bookings
You are able to book up to 3 beds of the same bed type. If you are looking to book VIP Deck or Super VIP square beds then you are able to book 2 at a time. If you would like to book more than this amount then you would need to make separate bookings and email us the reference numbers so we can place them together.
Bed Packages
The bed packages are fixed, the bottles included cannot be changed for other drinks. The bed package is for the bed only, food and drinks is extra.
Prices
Bed prices are subject to change. However, once your booking is confirmed, your original rate is guaranteed. No refunds or additional charges will apply if prices increase or decrease after your reservation is made.
Reservation with full pre-payment
Beds booked online are with full pre-payment with visa, master card or American Express.
Bed allocation
Works on first paid, first served basis.
Pre-paid reservation for bed until 4pm
Pre-paid beds must be claimed before 4pm. If you have not claimed your reservation before 4pm we will resell the bed.
Minimum spend
The VIP POOL, VIP DECK & SUPER VIP SQUARE BED have a minimum spend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only which are additional to the bed price and must be paid to the reception upon arrival. The minimum spend is only to be consumed at the beds.
Dress code
We do not allow fancy dress, body glitter, face gems, hen party accessories into Ocean Club. Please refrain from wearing sportswear as this may lead to refusal of entry. Please enter in tasteful attire.
Age Limit
Ocean Club is a family venue, we recommend to come during the week with young children as during the weekends we have a lot of large groups. During Opening & Closing Party the entrance is strictly 18 years old or over.
Food & Drinks
It is not allowed to bring any food or drinks into the property or take any bottles/drinks out of the property.
Opening times
Ocean Club is open from 11 am until 9pm.
Storage
Ocean Club does not store clients items, suitcases, you need to arrange this with your accommodation.
Consumption
In order to access and use our facilities, all clients must consume at least a beverage offered by our establishment within a reasonable timeframe upon entry.
Refunds
Bed bookings are non-refundable unless Ocean Club Marbella is not able to open on the date of your booking. If this were the case & the club cannot open, we will either provide a full refund or provide you with a credit voucher valid until the end of the 2026 season. New bookings from January 2026 can also receive a credit voucher, if attendance is not possible, valid until the end of the 2026 season. If you would like a credit voucher & we are not informed of this 72 hours prior to your booking, your booking will be classified as a no show.
Dogs
Dogs must be leashed and are only permitted in the restaurant and bistro area.
